Beef Achilles Tendon Dog Treat
Tough beef tendons for pure chewing funOur unbreakable Achilles tendon for dogs is an unadulterated natural product with a really hard consistency and a delicious taste. Low in fat and cholesterol, our beef tendons are also a great treat for figure-conscious furry friends that can be nibbled on without regret. The untreated meat is treated gently and without artificial additives. This not only makes the tendons durable, but also naturally hardens them. By reducing the temperature during drying to 40-50 degrees, the structure of the tendons remains intact and the cells do not denature. In other words: After dehydration, the products are still in their raw state, but have lost most of their liquid. But vitamins and minerals are preserved. Our dried tendon also gets its protein content and is very rich in protein.
The result is a completely natural, really hard, unbreakable chew that keeps the dog occupied for a long time. This manufacturing process also preserves the full taste - and that is exactly what makes our beef tendons so irresistibly delicious. The fibrous Achilles tendon is suitable for all dogs. Smaller dogs have a lot to do with the fibrous tendons and can spend hours with them. But even for large, strong dogs that like to chew, this offers extremely long-lasting chewing fun.

These feeding instructions are to be used as a guide only. All dogs are different and feeding amounts will need to be adjusted depending on age, breed, activity levels and environmental conditions. Adjust the amount fed as required to keep your dog in trim, active condition. If you are concerned about your dog’s weight consult the body condition score on our website for further info.
When feeding a new food for the first time it is important to introduce it gradually, to avoid upset tummies. Start with just a small amount - maybe 10% - of your dog’s overall food. Slowly increase this over a week until you are happily switched over.
We advise feeding three meals a day to puppies, and two meals daily to adult dogs.
