Mobility Chicken Herb-Bites
A tasty supplementary dog treat that supports healthy joints
As our dogs age, they need extra nutrients and vitamins to help them stay healthy and active. Older dogs tend to have compromised immune systems, and are more prone to infections, joint problems and other health issues. Of course to maintain and support older dog health, a natural healthy diet is essential, but on top of that the use of natural herbal supplements can give an extra “boost”.
The new Mobility Dog Treats are a new addition to the established range of our Herb-Bites. The great tasting meat bites have been specially developed to positively influence the musculoskeletal system and to permanently improve the dogs mobility.
The tender chicken meat in human food grade quality is paired with a high-quality herbal mixture including devil’s claw, ginko leaves, fenugreek seeds, nettle leaves, meadowsweet and other effective herbs. Nettle and devil’s claw are well known to help maintaining a healthy urinary tract as well as supporting healthy bones and joints. Furthermore, devil’s claw is a great anti-inflammatory, analgesic and body tonic. This herb helps take pain away quickly while bringing the inflammation down.
Meadowsweet is also a mild, but effective anti-inflammatory herb used to treat arthritis and other aches and pains. Ginkgo has a positive effect on mind and vitality. Their leaves are useful in terms of treating different types of vascular deficiency. It helps promote the elasticity and tone of blood vessels in dogs. This makes them stronger and less vulnerable to tricky things like degenerative diseases. All in all the selected herbal mixture in this treat are composed to promote comfort and flexibility for joint sufferers.

These feeding instructions are to be used as a guide only. All dogs are different and feeding amounts will need to be adjusted depending on age, breed, activity levels and environmental conditions. Adjust the amount fed as required to keep your dog in trim, active condition. If you are concerned about your dog’s weight consult the body condition score on our website for further info.
When feeding a new food for the first time it is important to introduce it gradually, to avoid upset tummies. Start with just a small amount - maybe 10% - of your dog’s overall food. Slowly increase this over a week until you are happily switched over.
We advise feeding three meals a day to puppies, and two meals daily to adult dogs.
