Please collect 8 thermal liners
You can fit 8 of our thermal liners into our standard sized barkinBISTRO white boxes but you can use any box.
Call or email us to let us know they are ready to collect and we will arrange DPD to collect them free of charge. This is the only way it is cost affective to ship the liners back to us, for us to clean, sanitise and reuse.
Liners must be clean and intact
We can only accept returns of our own liners, as they are made to fit our boxes.
Once we have received your liners, and checked that they are to our satisfaction, we will send your doggo some healthy, natural treats as a thank you in your next order.
