Our bone broth powder for dogs has been dehydrated for ease of use and travel. Dehydrating the bone broth removes all the water content and leaves only the protein left. Because we remove 95% of the water content, there is only 5% left of bone broth protein. This is why a pot might seem expensive, but the good news is that this 35g pot will restore back to 750 ml of bone broth, which is equivalent to buying 1 and a half frozen pouches.
We decided to dehydrate our bone broth to make it easier to travel with. After Brexit, we were unable to send our bone broth overseas, so we wanted to come up with a way for our bone broth to travel. After much research, we discovered and trialed dehydrating our bone broth. It worked better than we expected, so we sent our dehydrated broth off to the lab and were very pleased to discover that the dehydration process does not affect the nutrition of broth at all.
Using your dehydrated bone broth is easy. All you need to do is follow the instructions by adding a scoop with 100ml of boiling hot water, then stir well to remove all the clumps.

To turn your bone broth into a collagen jelly, simply make up the broth as per the instructions, then pop in the fridge for 24 hours to allow it to set.*
* will only work for pork, lamb, beef, goat and venison.
The bone broth powder for dogs will arrive in a screw-top container with a scoop. Use the scoop to measure out the broth for each serving.
How to use
Add 100 of boiling hot water to one scoop of bone broth powder and stir thoroughly. Allow to cool down before giving to your dog/cat. Serve as a drink or mix in with their meal.
Half a scoop is fine for smaller dogs.

Check the Temperature: Upon arrival, ensure the raw pet food is still cold to the touch or partially frozen. If it feels warm, don’t refreeze it. Provided the food is still cold to the touch, at 4°C or below, you can safely refreeze and use as normal.
Quality Check: Look for any unusual smell, discoloration, or signs of spoilage. If anything seems off, discard the food.
Please note we do not receive any compensation from couriers for late deliveries or damages due to the nature of the product. Any replacements are sent at our expense.

Your delicious meals are shipped frozen. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your food cold during transit. They stay cold for 48 hours so there’s no need to be at home for delivery. That means if your box is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you can just pop the food into the fridge or freezer when you get home.
At times our frozen meals defrost slightly whilst on their way to you, however this is expected especially in warmer weather, provided the food is still cold it is completely safe to pop them into the freezer to refreeze. We’ve done lots of testing on this, and we’d never suggest something we weren’t comfortable doing ourselves.
