For delivery before Christmas, we recommend that you place your order the week commencing 11th December.
Our shipping dates over the festive period are;
Christmas: Order before 10 am Wednesday 20th December for delivery on Thursday 21st or Friday 22nd December, this is the last delivery date before Christmas.
Orders placed after 10 am Wednesday 20th December will be dispatched from Wednesday 27th December.
New Year: Order before 10am on Wednesday 27th December, and we will endeavour to deliver your order on Thursday 28thDecember or Friday 29th December.
Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday 27th December will be dispatched from Tuesday 2nd January.
Due to busy festive period, please allow a bit longer for your delivery to arrive.
All orders placed before 10am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be dispatched same day for delivery the following day*.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday’s will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.*
Bank holiday orders will be despatched on the next working day.

When your order arrives, simply pop it in the freezer and then defrost the packs as you need them. Our boxes are designed to keep your food cold in transit and if it arrives cold (but not frozen) it can go straight into the freezer.

barkinBISTRO will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left at your address by the GPS tracking from our couriers or for incorrect address information.
We will not refund or replace orders where customers have notified the couriers to deliver on an alternative delivery day or to an alternative delivery address. Changes agreed with the courier once your parcel has left our premise are out of our control and we strictly advise against this.
