When feeding a new food for the first time it is important to introduce it gradually to avoid upset tummies, slowly transition your dog to barkinBISTRO over a period of 7 days.

When your order arrives, simply pop it in the freezer and then defrost the packs as you need them. Our boxes are designed to keep your food cold in transit and if it arrives cold (but not frozen) it can go straight into the freezer.
