A unique combination of natural herbal ingredients, blended to make a soothing, antiseptic wash.
Instructions: Shake well. Dilute two capfuls of Botanica Cleansing Wash in approximately a litre of warm water. Bathe the area with a cloth or sponge. Avoid rinsing it off, instead let it soak in for a few minutes, and towel dry the area. It can be used on broken skin and insect bites. Instructions: After using the Botanica Cleansing Wash, apply the Botanica Herbal cream twice daily.
Humans: Cleanse the face with 1 Capful of Cleansing wash per 1/4 litre warm water (Do Not Rinse Off), dry the face, then apply Eternal Youth Face Cream, repeat twice daily. Suitable for all skin types. Aids in the treatment of Acne, Blackheads, Cold sores, cracked lips, cuts and grazes. Use as a NATURAL make up remover. Use undiluted as an effective MOUTH WASH or to treat MOUTH ULCERS by gargling twice per day. Great for fresh breath, anti bacterial mouth treatment.
Pets / Small Animals: Use the cleansing wash diluted 2 capfuls per 1 litre of warm water. (Do Not Rinse Off.) Allow to air dry or towel dry. Apply the Herbal Cream twice per day. This will treat a variety of skin ailments with the animal and promote healthy skin. In Small animals like cats and dogs (all pets) the wash will treat Fleas/ Ticks, Dog Acne, Sore Pads, mange, Itchy Skin, Ear Mites, Ear Infections, Ringworm.
Horses: Use the Cleansing Wash diluted 2 capfuls per 1 litre of warm water. (Do Not Rinse Off.) Allow to air dry or towel dry. Apply the Herbal Cream twice per day. Aids in the treatment of Sweet Itch/ Summer Eczema, Washing down Ponies/ Horses after work, Capped Hocks, Mud Rash and Cracked Heels, Sore Backs, Cuts and wounds, Rain Scald, Girth Scalds, Fistulous withers, Mallenders/ Sallenders, Mites/Ticks Treatment.
Cattle: Sore feet, (dilute 80 parts water to one part wash 80:1) to treat digital dermatitis and as a preventative. When the cows are in the milking parlour the Cleaning Wash can be diluted 20:1 and sprayed directly onto the foot, then apply the herbal cream. Use to prevent itching and scratching on the body. Use to aid in the treatment of Sunburn/ Teat Dip (dilute 40:1) and Ringworm.
Sheep: Use on Dog Bites diluted 20:1 Do Not Rinse Off. Dilute 10:1 for treatment of Foot Scald, Orff, Fly Strike, Ringworm.
GENERAL ANIMAL USES: Aids in the treatment of Ringworm, Warts, Blackspots, Sarcoids, Angleberries. For Cleansing Wounds, Infected stiches and tears, Caesarians, Treats Itching and Scratching, Maggots, Hair Loss.

You should allow at least 48 hrs for delivery and be aware that couriers will deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm (this could be even earlier and later during busy periods). We cannot replace or refund any orders which have been refused or been delivered within 48 hours.
Check the Temperature: Upon arrival, ensure the raw pet food is still cold to the touch or partially frozen. If it feels warm, don’t refreeze it. Provided the food is still cold to the touch, at 4°C or below, you can safely refreeze and use as normal.
Quality Check: Look for any unusual smell, discoloration, or signs of spoilage. If anything seems off, discard the food.
Please note we do not receive any compensation from couriers for late deliveries or damages due to the nature of the product. Any replacements are sent at our expense.

Your delicious meals are shipped frozen. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your food cold during transit. They stay cold for 48 hours so there’s no need to be at home for delivery. That means if your box is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you can just pop the food into the fridge or freezer when you get home.
At times our frozen meals defrost slightly whilst on their way to you, however this is expected especially in warmer weather, provided the food is still cold it is completely safe to pop them into the freezer to refreeze. We’ve done lots of testing on this, and we’d never suggest something we weren’t comfortable doing ourselves.
Some Highlands and Islands postcodes may take a while longer for delivery. If you live in one of these harder to reach areas call us to find out more 02829540569.
